We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the total amount you paid, including shipping and taxes. For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the refunded amount will be based on the actual amount paid at checkout and will not include the value of any discounts or promotional offers used at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns not due to quality issues, the refund will cover only the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Quality-Related Returns: If the return is due to a quality issue, we will refund both the product price and the shipping costs.

After we receive the returned item, we will complete the inspection and begin processing your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once this window has passed, we cannot process any refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
