When will it be shipped after purchase?

For orders shipped to the United States, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing typically takes 1-2 days (Monday - Sunday). Once your order is processed, shipping time usually takes 9-14 days (Monday - Friday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Orders placed after 12:00 AM CST (GMT+8) will be processed the following day.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • For returns due to quality issues (such as damage or defects), we provide a free return shipping label.
  • For returns not related to quality issues (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order in the following ways:

  1. Directly through the email: Simply click on the tracking number in the email to view the latest shipping status.
  2. Via your Lumaz account: Log in to the Lumaz backend with your email address and verification code. Once logged in, you can find the tracking number for your order under the relevant order details.
  3. Using Live Chat: Visit the website and use the Instant Answers feature in the chat window at the bottom right. Select Track My Order, then enter your order number and email address to view the tracking information.

These methods give you flexibility and easy access to your order status at any time.

 What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We strive for the highest quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately atsupport@lumazlife.comwith clear photos of the damage. We will guide you through the return process and provide afree return shipping labelif applicable. For faulty products, we will issue a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not directly offer exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange a product, you can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
